On Tuesday, November 13, 2012, the Supreme Court Chamber of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) held a hearing to allow parties to make oral arguments on the prosecution’s appeal against defendant Ieng Thirith’s release conditions.
